9TH ANNUAL PIONEER GOLF TOURNAMENT

Tournament Registration Form

June 22-24, 2012

Registration:  8:00AM Saturday, Tee Off:  9:00AM Saturday and 08:00AM Sunday

Registration Fee*:        $165.00 per person for Saturday and Sunday stroke play.  Fee includes:  Green Fees, shared cart,  Prizes, Reception Friday night at Foltz Community Center, Fish Fry on Saturday, hamburgers and hot dogs on Sunday.

None Golfer Fee:          $ 35.00

Mr. P Challenge Cup    $ 25.00

Stroke Play:  Male and Female flights determined by number of players.                   

Pioneer Golf Tournament is open to singles, male, or female, beginners to experienced  golfers.
